This yuzu sparkling juice is made only from hand-picked yuzu, natural water from Hyogo prefecture, and organic sugar cane. Yuzu is a citrus fruit with a unique aroma and acidity, which is rich in vitamin C and polyphenols. The taste is best described as a blend between a lime and a grapefruit.
Description
“Kimino” is a drink that uses traditional techniques that have been handed down from various farms where families of many generations have joined together to deliver the tastes of Old Japan.
This yuzu-carbonated water was made from the juice of yuzu hand-picked in Shikoku and the water from the mountains of western Japan.
It is sugar-free and tart.
Kimino Yuzu is the first drink in our goal to bring healthier and authentic seasonal Japanese flavors to you.
Used for centuries in Japan, Yuzu is a distinctly sour and aromatic citrus fruit, very high in antioxidants and Vitamin C.
We use the whole fruit when we extract the juice, capturing the intense fragrance of the zest and the purest flavor profile of the Yuzu fruit that’s why you’ll find natural Yuzu zest on top of our bottles. It’s a sign of our quality and authenticity.
